Free Exchange Policy – Contact Lenses

1. Eligibility for Exchange

We offer free exchanges for our contact lenses under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unopened and sealed. Any broken or tampered seal makes the item ineligible for exchange.

  • Exchanges must be requested within 5 days from the date of delivery.

  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.

⚠️ For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used lenses cannot be exchanged or returned. Accepting used lenses would violate safety standards and fairness in trade, which goes against Islamic principles of honesty and preventing harm.


2. How to Request an Exchange

  1. Contact our support team via email or WhatsApp with your order number and reason for exchange.

  2. Submit a photo of the unopened product clearly showing the seal.

  3. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide a Return Authorization (RMA) if approved.

  4. Ship the product back using the label provided. Only items that meet the eligibility criteria will be accepted for exchange.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping (from customer to us): Customer is responsible.

  • Replacement shipping (from us to customer): Free of charge.

This ensures fairness, prevents abuse, and aligns with Sunnah principles of mutual consent and honesty.


4. Exchange Process

  • Once the returned item is verified to be sealed and in good condition, your replacement product will be shipped free of charge.

  • Processing usually takes 3–5 business days after we receive your returned package.

  • Returns that do not meet the above conditions (opened, damaged, missing seal) will be rejected and sent back to the customer at their expense.


5. Important Notes

  • Exchanges are limited to the same product and cannot be substituted for a different style or prescription.

  • Any shipping costs for ineligible returns are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We reserve the right to refuse exchanges if the returned product does not meet our hygiene and safety standards.

  • Our policy ensures honesty, fairness, and safety, protecting both the customer and the seller.
